We’re Hosting O-Zone 2027!

What is O-Zone, you ask?

O-Zone stands for the Okanagan Zone Festival. O-Zone is an annual community theatre festival celebrating the incredible performing arts community throughout the Okanagan.

O-Zone will feature a week-long lineup of amazing plays, with participating theatre groups competing for the opportunity to advance to the Mainstage Provincial Festival. The week will wrap up with a special awards ceremony celebrating the performers, directors, technicians, and volunteers who make community theatre possible.

We are thrilled to announce that O-Zone 2027 will be held in May 2027 right here at Asparagus Community Theatre!

But before we get to O-Zone, we have plenty happening this fall that you won’t want to miss.

And There’s More!

As we move further into the year and into next year, we’ll also be bringing back Armstrong Comic Con and even more exciting events and opportunities for our community such as more community nights, improv events and more!

There’s a lot happening at Asparagus Community Theatre, and we want you to be part of it!

Whether you’re interested in acting, directing, building sets, working backstage, helping with costumes and props, volunteering, joining a committee, or simply coming out to enjoy a show, there’s a place for you here.

We’re excited to make Asparagus Community Theatre your home away from home.

That’s all for now, folks!

We’ll see you at the theatre!
