OZONE FESTIVAL 2026

This May Soap Theatre hosted the 2026 OZone Festival including the awards banquet. Punch Up actress, Mandy Penner received The ‘Best Performance in a Female Supporting Role’ award on behalf of Asparagus Theatre.

OZONE FESTIVAL 2025

On May 23rd, Shuswap Theatre hosted the 2025 OZone Festival awards banquet. Tuesdays with Morrie director, Cara Nunn and Stage Manager, Kiidra Duhault received The ‘Best Backstage Cooperation’ award on behalf of Asparagus Theatre. We are also proud to announce that both of our Tuesdays with Morrie actors, Gary Swift and Peter Byrnes jointly won ‘Best Male Actor in a Leading Role.’ 

Congratulations to Shuswap TheatreSOAP Theatre and Powerhouse Theatre on their well deserved awards. We wish Powerhouse Theatre all the best as they take their winning production, Radium Girls, to MainStage Festival in Fort St. John in July.
